Objective 

Cornmarket Insurance wanted to create a platform to engage with truck drivers, generate new customer leads and position themselves as a valuable partner with an extremely competitive car insurance offering.

What we did

We analyzed the audience, their key touch points and where we could best engage with them.   We also surveyed over 2000 drivers and developed a strategy to engage with them and add-value. The outcome was the production of innovative mobile app “Truck Buddy” to act as the centre-piece of Cornmarket’s engagement strategy with the Trucker Driver audience.

The app supports Truckers on the road and connects them with other drivers across the UK.

  • Upcoming Food and Fuel points
  • Trucker News

The ‘Truck Buddy’ app was promoted via social media, email marketing and tactical display advertising. We also worked on behalf of Cornmarket to develop a strategic partnership with a major media player in the market.

Results 

With over 12,000 downloads and counting, the App has been a roaring success. 

Cornmarket have generated over 8,000 new business leads and have plans for further development and promotion of the App as they position themselves as a leader in the sector.
