Northern Ireland’s premier theatre, the Grand Opera House, commissioned Origin Digital to revamp their online presence, ahead of their physical restoration plans.  The objective was to build an attractive site with a clean design that complemented and enhanced imagery from the shows, reflected the vast amount of talent on stage, had great UX and was mobile responsive.

Oh no we didn’t, Oh yes we did…

Origin delivered a responsive website that enhanced the user’s experience – improving the customers digital journey across touchpoints from browsing upcoming performances, booking tickets online, pre-ordering drinks to purchasing gift vouchers.

The third party booking system integration allows users to easily filter through productions, select their own seat preference and checkout, maintaining consistency throughout.

To ensure the new Grand Opera House website was launched smoothly, Origin conducted an SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) site changeover audit- an essential when any new website is being launched. This helped to redirect links properly and ensure that a continuous and unbroken customer journey.
